Ronald J. Bath,
Major General, USAF (Retired)

General Bath retired in December 2006 after 39 years of military service in both the active Air Force and the Air National Guard. He last served as Director of Air Force Strategic Planning and the Air Force lead for the Congressionally mandated Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR), Headquarters U.S. Air Force. In that position, he coordinated Air Force analysis, outreach and strategy for the QDR process. While serving in the Nevada Air National Guard, he was also an experienced trial attorney in his civilian position. Upon retirement, General Bath founded the RJBath Group, a business and defense consulting firm with clients in the national defense and civilian construction sector. He is currently the Governor’s representative and advisor to Nevada Military Blue Ribbon Panel.
